Today is the Holy Day for the Muslims.... nothing opens until 4:00 pm. So I have been cooking and cleaning. I am cooking red beans and white beans and the only sausge we could find was Saudi Beef Sausage. I am a little skeptical but will definitely have Mikey try it first. Maybe he will like or maybe not. We will see if it all goes in the garbage. Starting to think Mike's idea of using Spice Beef Franks wasn't a bad one.
We shall see....



So you have to let us know how the "Mikey" test went. I've always heard it's hard or at least takes forever to cook red/white beans anywhere but here because of the altitude. But of course I have no clue what the altitude is there. Hope they were delicious!!!
