Today was my first class for cake decorating.

Very fun and looking forward to the next 4 lessons.

Friday, April 9th

Nothing much going on right now.  Our beer brew we started a while back is progressing very well.  Will post some pics of the bottling process very soon.  Tonight we bottled about 32 various sized bottles and now we only have two more weeks until we can start sipping.

 

Today Mike and I drove to the seafood market in Dammam and got some beautiful shrimp like home!!!!  Also found nice crabs, lobster and various fresh fish.  So pretty soon we will be putting our boiling pot and burners to use.  Better hurry and do it because I will be home very soon.

 

Not sure of the travel plans yet but intend to be in NOLA by the beginning of June.

We took a one hour flight out of Dammam and then toured the Aramco facility, watched a short film, played in the sand and ate lots of food from the time we left until the return.
